About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Site Managers to join our client, a highly regarded and well-established main contractor, for a major high-technology construction project in the Cardiff area. Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage on-site activities for assigned packages of the project.

* Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams to achieve project milestones.

* Monitor progress and provide detailed reports to the Project Manager.

* Resolve on-site issues efficiently to maintain project continuity.

* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and client specifications.

* You will work on various packages including fit out, roofing, externals and RC Foundations.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within large-scale construction projects.

* Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse site teams.

* In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple project elements simultaneously.

* Experience in high-technology or complex build schemes is advantageous.

* Relevant construction qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent).
