Main Duties:

As a Finance Assistant your main duties include:

* Assist the Senior Financial Accountant and Financial Accountants with the year-end statutory accounts and audit process for all entities.

* Help gather and prepare information for statutory accounts, corporation tax packs, and auditor requests.

* Support the team in meeting financial obligations under contracts and leases with partners, including preparing regular financial statements, benchmark reports, and fee calculations.

* Raise and process purchase and sales invoices related to contracts, such as management fees, rent, and income shares.

* Assist in preparing financial reports for board directors or external stakeholders as needed.

* Carry out balance sheet reconciliations and help maintain the accuracy of financial results.

* Perform any other duties required by the company or line management.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

* ACA/ACCA/CIMA studier - or very strong AAT

* Well-versed in finance
