This luxury travel company are looking for a consultant to organise tailor made tours for their direct clients and build fantastic relationships with them. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Organise tailor-made tours for direct clients while consistently delivering exceptional customer service.

Booking tailormade luxury holidays to East & Southern Africa
Develop strong relationships with direct clients, from initial contact through to their return, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout.
Leverage your experience and knowledge to craft tailor-made trips that meet clients' unique needs.
Foster excellent relationships with key suppliers.
Achieve agreed sales targets.
Take on additional responsibilities or tasks within your skills when reasonably instructed.

THE PACKAGE:

£28,000 - £33,000 basic and the ability to earn commission, we do not cap it, the more you sell the more you make.
Highly competitive salary with uncapped commission
Regular FAM trips to specialist destinations
Work alongside a small, friendly team with extensive experience
Permanent work-from-home opportunity
37.5 hours a week. No Sundays, you will be expected to work Saturdays (on a shift pattern with a day back in lieu). They close at 5.30pm during the week and 4pm on Saturdays, no late nights!
FAM trips

EXPERIENCE:

All-round Africa specialist with proven sales experience
Extensive travel experience across Africa
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Exceptional customer service and attention to detail
Confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work accurately under pressure
Driven and passionate about all things travel
