About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be the No.1 on site playing a critical role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of mainly commercial fit out projects. The role of Senior Quantity Surveyor means you will be leading projects whilst looking after the team. This fit out contractor is expected to turnover £250m and are looking for a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor with a high level of proficiency.

Key Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Prepare initial cost estimates and budgets for fit-out projects
Monitor costs throughout the projects life-cycle to ensure it stays within budget
Oversee the negotiation and management of contracts with clients
Regularly updating the financial forecast, identifying any potential risks and providing solutions Key Requirements of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

5 + years of CAT A and CAT B fit out experience
Right to work in the UK
