Project Manager - Electronic Fire & Security

Location: Bicester
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Car or Allowance + Full Benefits Package

An established NSI Gold fire and security installer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering installation projects up to £500K in the commercial and high-end residential sectors.

The Role:

Overseeing the full lifecycle of fire and security installation projects.

*

Managing profit and loss, project budgets, and contractual obligations.

*

Leading and coordinating field-based engineering teams to ensure project delivery within agreed timescales and budgets.

*

Working with a range of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and integrated fire and security systems.

*

Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience delivering fire and security projects up to £500K.

*

Strong commercial and contractual awareness.

*

Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

*

A background in fire and security systems is desirable but not essential.

*

Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and leadership skills.

*

Full UK driving licence.
