Ridgeway and Co are partnering with a leading Residential contractor to find an experienced Internals finishing manager for a project located in Cambridge paying up to £70,000 PA / £300 per day

Daily Responsibilities:

* Ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget

* Attend and lead meetings with specialist subcontractors

* Report progress to senior management

Requirements:

* At least 5 years' experience managing Groundworks projects

* Strong communication skills

* Hands-on approach to project management

* Excellent organisational and team management abilities

* Proficiency in computer skills
