Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful and unique brand near Bolton to recruit an ambitious Management Accountant.This is a fantastic role for a nearly or newly qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA individual to join an industry leading business who are at the forefront of their sector, expanding globally!Responsibilities include:

• Production of the monthly management accounts
• Prepare and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Ownership of the preparation of the monthly P&L's, including analysis of costings and variables
• Support the Financial Controller in preparing the monthly management accounts pack alongside the board pack with commentary
• Annual budget and quarterly re-forecasting, providing input and insight from monthly reviews of the actuals
• Business partnering with budget stakeholders and ensure accountability for their figures, including delivering monthly reports vs. budget and re-forecast
• Maintenance of financial models and reports, mostly via excel and Power BI
• Play a key part in supporting with the annual statutory audit
• Work closely with the Systems team to ensure all financial and transactional data are recorded accurately
• Ad hoc reporting queries from stakeholders
• Support, mentor and assist junior team members
