My client in Walsall is looking to recruit an Occupational Therapy Assistant for their Adult Social Care Team for a 3 month initial contract.

• Rate: From £17p/h
• Location: Walsall
• Contract: 3 month initial contract with the view of extension
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 -17:00

About the role:

• Manage an independent caseload assessing people with physical disabilities/ sensory impairment/ mental ill health/ learning disabilities.
• Visit citizens in their own homes (with other professional staff when required) and assess their potential and needs for equipment/minor adaptations/assistive technology.
• Review equipment provision with the service user and ensure all needs have been met.

About you:

• Previous experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant is essential.
• Must be a car driver.
