New Job - Interim HR Manager - 6 months FTC

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Interim HR Manager (6 month FTC) for a global business in Oxfordshire. You would be responsible for delivering effective operational HR service delivery and partnering with business functions and leaders to drive the people strategy in alignment with the overall business strategy.

The Job

Provide strategic and operational HR support to business functions, leaders and managers on all people-related matters.

Champion talent management, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement across the business functions.

Support organisational design and effectiveness, offering HR solutions and communication.

Collaborate with the Global HR team to develop and implement HR solutions addressing current and future needs.

Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing insights and recommendations.

Ensure consistency and alignment on policies and processes with the Global HR Team and lead/support global HR projects.

Partner with the Global Talent Team to execute talent management initiatives and align employee capabilities with business needs.

Work with the Global Reward Team to ensure consistency in compensation and benefits, supporting reward initiatives including annual salary review and bonuses.

Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in HR and share knowledge with the team and business.

About You

Essential skills and experience -

Demonstrable experience in delivering quality HR services.

Strong stakeholder management skills with adaptability in style and approach.

Persuasive negotiation skills with the ability to achieve consensus.

Customer-focused with clear and effective communication skills at all levels.

International experience in a multi-cultural, multi-geography environment.

Proven change management skills in complex environments.

Good knowledge of employment and contract law.

Resilient with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.

Strong organisational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.

Degree qualified or equivalent by demonstrable experience.

Desirable skills and experience -

Experience managing company acquisitions or divestments.

Understanding of compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee engagement.

HRIS systems experience (Ceridian preferred).

Experience in multi-site manufacturing sectors.

Strategy development and operational implementation skills.

CIPD qualified or equivalent.

Psychometric tool qualifications/accreditations
