Our Client

This established and successful mainly conveyancing legal firm is now seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy team at one of their offices.

The Role

Dealing with sales and purchase transactions (freehold and leasehold properties). You will receive solid department support, excellent sector exposure and also the opportunity to develop your knowledge. The ideal candidate should have at least 12 months Conveyancing experience, either as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant and prior exposure to handling a caseload is also desirable but not essential

The position is full time (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm (an hour lunch)

You will have the opportunity to join a successful practice with a strong property department.

Salary is negotiable but expected to be in the region of £26k to £32k (negotiable depending on your experience)
