Our client is one of the leading Logistic suppliers in the IT industry and has a fantastic opportunity for a Logistics Administrator .
Duties and Responsibilities of a Logistics Administrator:
- Daily Inspections of incoming materials, equipment and deliveries that are due into the warehouse.
- Coordinating outbound shipments ana providing quotes for freight.
- Dealing with inbound deliveries in the warehouse.
- Responsible for the movement of warehouse inventory as per company guidelines.
- Responsible for allocating, locating and controlling warehouse inventory, along with working alongside the warehouse team.
- This role is 70% admin and 30% warehouse work.
The ideal candidate should adhere to the following:
- Ability to operate Microsoft applications and other administrative software's
- Have previous experience in admin
- Be presentable, professional and be able to communicate with others.
- Have the ability to detect problems and report information to the appropriate personnel.
- Knowledge of organisational structure, workflow and operating procedures.
- Ability to analyse and solve problems.
- Be able to work as a part of a team and independently.
- Work at a fast paced and with others.
Salary:
Upto £25,000

Monday to Friday

09:00 - 17:00
Location - Greenford UB6 0FD
