Our client, a top UK Accountancy and Professional Services Consultancy, is looking for their next Head of Company Secretarial to lead a high performing team of five.

You will be working with the current head of department until their retirement in due course.

This role offers a lot of flexibility in terms of days in the office/hours and is supporting a genuinely collaborative and supportive team.

This is a Senior role within the firm, reporting to one of the Senior Partners. Along with management the Co Sec Department, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing your own portfolio of UK based clients (which range in industry/company size)
• Overseeing the department budget/setting client fees
• Setting company secretarial standards and policies for the firm
• Providing training to the team and wider firm

The successful candidate will have wide ranging experience working in a company secretarial department within a practice environment and will have experience managing both people and a department.

Candidates must be fully ICSA/CGI qualified.
