* Pay rate: £250 - £300/day

* Duration: 6 months

The company:

A regional Main Contractor who specialise in projects ranging from £1m - £20m in value. Projects will include Residential, Commercial, Healthcare and Education schemes.

The role:

Reporting into a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing internal finishes on this new build Healthcare scheme. Your role will involve but not be limited to:

* Management of the master build programme

* Preparation of short term programmes

* Weekly progress meetings with the client, site team and subcontractors

* Progress reporting to the Project Manager on a weekly basis

* Pre-start meetings with the relevant subcontractors

* Overseeing Health & Safety on site and production of relevant reports

* Liaise regularly with external bodies regarding the scheme including Building Control, HSE, Utilities and Service providers and the client

About you:

* You will have gained circa 5+ years experience, ideally working for a Main Contractor

* Have the correct CITB qualifications for the position (CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work)

* Experience working on a similar scheme would be preferable, but not essential

* Experience of controlling multiple subcontractor packages and direct labour

* Strong organisational and time management skills
