As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

Providing kind care to residents.
Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Practising in a nurse-led environment to develop complex decision-making and collaborative skills.
Mentoring and supporting colleagues and students.
Advocating and delivering person-centred care.
Recognising and responding to signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Nurse role will:

Be a Registered Nurse with a valid Pin number.
Have a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be committed to delivering person-centred care.
Be able to recognise and respond to signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
