We are actively seeking an experienced Head of Estates to work for an organisation based in Gloucestershire. The contract will last for at least 6 months followed by a likely extension or permanent contract

Position: Estates Operations Manager

Location: Gloucestershire

Pay rate: £30 to £36 per hour on an Umbrella/CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage in house engineering team

* Supervise Electrical, Mechanical and Building Engineers

* Responsible for maintenance strategy

* Oversee building compliance documentation

* Liaise with senior management regarding budgets, timescales and department strategy

* Manage contractors to ensure work is being done to strict Health & Safety standards

* Work with capital department to ensure work is handed over
