Permanent - Full Time - 37.5 Hours

Due to a significant increase in the business over the past 18 months and the need for more resilience and support for the Head of Design, we’re now looking for a Senior Technical Manager to join our team working across major projects in London (Woolwich, Leaside Lock, Gallions and Thamesmead).

Reporting directly into the Head of Design, you’ll be responsible for a number of Senior Design Managers and their teams, overseeing a number of projects at any one time. You will provide technical support to the Preconstruction team at tender stage if deemed appropriate, with the majority of the day to day being the management of the technical RIBA Stage 4-6 deliverables once the Preconstruction team step away to the completion of the project.

Articulate and confident, you’ll ideally be qualified to degree level, in a relevant subject area, with excellent leadership qualities and good leadership skills. You will need to demonstrate your ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.In addition, you’ll have an in-depth knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC/LABC warranty conditions requirements, as well as being well versed in Design Consultant appointments.A CSCS card holder, you’ll be proficient in all Microsoft Office software and AutoCAD.
