Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary consultant for MS Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and integrated applications.
Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements, document them, and implement best practices.
Drive platform enhancements, and bug fixes, and manage system releases.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and user group sessions to improve adoption and efficiency.
Collaborate with external vendors to enhance service delivery while ensuring business priorities are met.
Provide functional support to technology teams and end users.
Ensure security, governance, and access control across applications.
Conduct trend analysis to identify improvements and prevent recurring issues.
Work within the ITIL framework for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Key Systems Supported:

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Functional Support role working with D365 CRM/CS applications.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and other cloud-based CRM solutions.
Proficiency with MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
Solid experience with Office 365 productivity tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote, Excel).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of key business processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
Ability to travel to regional offices as needed.
