Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our clients' financial records and ensure accuracy in all bookkeeping activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and submit VAT returns
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements
• Conduct monthly and quarterly financial reports

Skills and Qualifications:

• AAT qualified or part qualified
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
