Interim Head of Finance

Location: Central London with a WFH policy

Duration: 12 months

Start Date: April/May

Salary: Up to £110k

Consumer Additions has partnered exclusively with a leading £50m turnover multisite hospitality group to recruit an interim Head of Finance 12-month maternity cover contract.

Reporting to the CFO, this is a broad finance role that leads the entire finance team and has responsibility for commercial analysis, financial reporting, payroll, tax and cashflow.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring the finance team as well as maintaining external relationships with key service providers.
• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• P&L, investment and competitor analysis
• Cash management and working capital responsibility
• Weekly, monthly and annual reporting
• Ensuring effective internal controls and procedures are in place
• Ongoing development of financial systems and reporting of management information

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant
• Experience managing a small team
• Hands on approach to SME finances
• Ability to get into the detail whilst also looking at the wider commercial agenda
• Ideally with multi-site hospitality experience
