We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a distribution business based in Preston South Ribble.

Offering hybrid working you’ll be based in the office 3 days a week and have 2 days working from home.

On a daily basis you will be responsible for…

  • Dealing with incoming customer orders and providing quotations
  • Entering orders onto the system
  • Processing sales and purchase orders
  • Providing updates to your customers on the progress of their deliveries
  • Dealing with any issues such as delays to delivery dates
  • Process invoices for delivered orders

Salary, Hours, Benefits & Location

  • Basic salary
  • Company bonus scheme based on performance with potential to earn up to an additional 12% of your annual salary
  • Hybrid working – 2 days working from home
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
  • 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Free on site parking
