Job Advertisement: Cover Supervisor (Full-Time)

Contract: Full-Time, from 4th November for the rest of the academic year

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a high-achieving school with an excellent reputation for maintaining high standards of education. They are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering a range of classes and year groups as needed, ensuring that high levels of behaviour and learning are maintained.

The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will take charge of lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher, delivering pre-planned work and managing classroom behaviour effectively. You will need to be flexible and adaptable, as you will be covering a variety of subjects and year groups. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for education and strong classroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects

* Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a productive learning environment

* Supporting students in their learning and helping to maintain high standards

* Liaising with teaching staff to ensure smooth lesson transitions

Requirements:

* Experience working in a school setting, ideally as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant

* Excellent behaviour management skills

* A passion for education and a commitment to student progress

* Flexibility to cover a variety of subjects and year groups

* Available to start on 4th November
