Customer Service Coordinators - Poole - £13.80 per hour - Starting ASAP

TeamJobs is working with an excellent local manufacturing company based in Poole looking for additional Customer Service Coordinators to join their team.

A typical day in the role of a Customer Service Coordinator includes:

• Taking inbound calls and emails from customers
• Escalating risks or issues to Senior Fault Coordinators or Team Leaders
• Prioritise emergencies and escalate effectively
• Ensure allocation of faults to Field Service engineers are time sensitive and limit travel time to meet maximum efficiency

Shift times, pay & working hours for this Customer Service Coordinator role:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Working 1 in 3 weekends 09:00-17:00 Saturday & Sunday (2 days off in lieu)
• £13.80 per hour
• After completion of up to 4 months of training in the office then optional 2 days WFH per week
• Permanent opportunities

This Customer Service Coordinator role requires:

• Strong administrative and customer service skills
• Confident in using different systems
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
