Working Hours

Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you. For this specific role, we're after people who can commit to the whole football season for the home fixtures from August through to May and further to that ideally flexible around fixture changes

Main Responsibilities

• Taking ownership and responsibility for all operational areas & running an efficient hospitality bar service
• Providing excellent customer service for our guests,
• Swiftly resolving customer service complaints,
• Ensuring smooth communication between team members,
• Ensuring staff are fully trained on the bar,
• Motivating staff members
• Constant communicating with the FOH manager

Skills / Qualifications

• Experience of working in a similar role and ready to hit the ground running.
• Personal Licence (Desirable.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional and personable approach.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Having and creating clear processes to ensure deadlines are met and control processes are always in place.
• Awareness of COSHH
• Knowledge of EPOS and procurement systems (Desirable)
• Flexible â you may be required to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
