Our client, a market-leading architecture firm specialising in high-end, multi-unit residential developments, is seeking a talented Architect to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious luxury residential schemes, contributing to the successful delivery of projects at the latter RIBA stages (4-6).

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and coordinate the technical design and delivery of high-end residential projects.

* Work on RIBA Stages 4-6, preparing construction and tender documentation.

* Utilize strong REVIT skills to develop accurate and detailed technical drawings.

* Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards.

* Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

* Attend site meetings, assist with technical coordination, and resolve design-related challenges.

Key Requirements:

* UK Registered Architect with a strong background in residential projects.

* Proven experience in RIBA Stages 4-6, with a focus on technical design and construction.

* Strong Revit proficiency, with the ability to produce high-quality technical drawings.

* Experience working on luxury multi-unit residential schemes.

* Strong understanding of UK building regulations and technical detailing.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a client-facing approach.

* Ability to manage workloads effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
