Facilities Maintenance Engineer.
Electrical, Carpentry and Plumbing work.
Monday - Friday days based with no weekend work.
The Candidate:

Good IT & Literacy
City & Guilds or relevant experience
Wiring competency
Basic plumbing understanding desired but not essential.
