An exciting opportunity has opened for a Static Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a Facilities Management team at a dynamic, customer and client-facing site. This role involves Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and emergency work on various electrical and mechanical systems.

Role Overview

As an Electrical Engineer, you will maintain and service the site's HVAC plant and electrical distribution systems, including:

* Control panels

* Air conditioning units

* Chillers and air handling units

* Boilers and hot water generators

* Pumps and compressed air systems

* Building management systems (BMS)

* Other M&E equipment

Your role will also involve minor repairs, general maintenance tasks, and ensuring high-quality service delivery with a strong focus on customer care.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on electrical and HVAC systems.

* Respond promptly to help desk requests and site emergencies.

* Record maintenance activities accurately using a PDA system.

* Supervise subcontractors and ensure work meets quality and compliance standards.

* Maintain strict health & safety regulations and company policies.

* Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

* Participate in the on-call rota for emergency site support.

This is a single-site role, allowing you to develop an in-depth understanding of the facility and streamline troubleshooting.

About You

* Recognised electrical qualifications at NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds.

* 17th / 18th Edition certification.

* Experience within Facilities Maintenance is essential.
