What We Look For:

• Experience working as a Teaching Assistant in UK primary schools
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• A strong understanding of phonics programs (e.g., RWI, Letters & Sounds)
• Ability to implement and adapt phonics teaching strategies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, caring, and empathetic attitude
• A collaborative spirit and a willingness to work as part of a team
• An enhanced DBS check that is subscribed to the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
