Exciting Pharmacist Opportunities - Multiple Roles Available (Band 6 - Band 8a)
Location: Hertfordshire
Pay: £22 - £40 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Standard Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (with potential for a 4-day workweek)

We are currently recruiting for multiple pharmacist roles across a range of clinical specialisms with our hopsital based clients in Hertfordshire. These roles provide an exciting opportunity to work in leading clinical settings, offering high-quality care in specialized areas. You'll be working within a multi-disciplinary team, playing a key role in patient medication management and contributing to positive health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting clinical checks and prescription reviews
Providing medication optimization and clinical advice to patients and healthcare teams
Managing treatment regimens and reviewing therapies in specialized areas (Oncology, Women's Health, Pediatrics)
Supporting medication reconciliation, discharge preparation, and care plan development
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

GPhC registered pharmacist with relevant clinical experience
