As a paint sprayer with First Class Repairs you will play a crucial role in restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You will be responsible for repairing and painting the car/vans to manufacturers standards. Working with the wider team, you will use specialist body repair equipment to complete a variety of repairs, contributing to achieving site targets and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

Paint Sprayer - Key Responsibilities:

* Restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing and painting body components.

* Assess the most effective methods for painting utilising specialist body repair equipment to achieve the best results.

* Work collaboratively within a team to achieve site targets.

* Ensure a high level of quality and attention to detail in all repairs.

* Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

Paint Sprayer - About You

* Experienced painter

* Bodywork repairs, including dent removal, filler application, and shaping.

* Basic experience as a panel beater (ideally)

* Prepping vehicles for paintwork, including sanding, masking, and priming.

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

* Valid driver's license.

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
