Salary: £29,530 pro-rata (£15.49 per hour), equating to £17,718 per year.

We’re on the lookout for a self-motivated EHCP Coordinator to join our Barnet Supported Internship team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week).

This is a chance to make a real impact while working with inspiring learners and helping them achieve paid work outcomes by the end of the academic year.

What We’re Looking For: -SEND Coordinator -(EHCP) - Part-Time

• Professionalism and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience, either teaching and/ or working with young SEND learners.
• Proven ability to meet targets and maintain excellent organisational skills.
• GCSEs (A-C/9-4) in English & Maths (or equivalent).
• Exceptional time management and planning skills.

What You’ll Do: -SEND Coordinator -(EHCP) - Part-Time

• Take ownership of the EHCP review process for existing and incoming learners, ensuring plans are up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with the SEND Code of Practice.
• Coordinate referrals, assessing their suitability to join our programme.
• Work closely with stakeholders to maintain high-quality EHCPs that support learners in reaching their goals.
• Ensure all reviews, timescales, and targets are met with precision.
