Part-Time Telesales Executive

Location: Crossgates, Leeds
Hours: Part-time, Monday to Friday to suit
Salary: £30k pro rata, plus bonus

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our well-established brand and team to help drive new business growth in our temporary decorators' business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact potential clients within the construction, decorating, FM and Fit Out industry to further promote our temporary decorators' services.

* Identify decision-makers and introduce our company's offerings.

* Reignite relationships with lapsed clients to generate new opportunities.

* Manage a structured pipeline of leads and maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.

* Collaborate with the service delivery team to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous telesales experience, preferably in a service driven B2B sector.

* Strong telephone communication and rapport-building skills.

* Results-driven, with a proactive and tenacious approach to sales.

* Ability to work as part of a small team

* Knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
