Our client is one of the major FM Service Providers with a global presence, it operates across a multitude of sectors. It is currently looking to hire a proven Account Manager for a contract in London.

As the Account Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of a £6m hard services contract to a high-profile medical research building. You will have a large team (50) of Supervisors, Engineers and Contract Support Staff.

The site is especially technical from an engineering perspective, so the successful Account Manager must have a proven engineering background and knowledge. The site boasts a variety of M&E kit including HVAC, BMS, and even Steam.

In addition, the selected candidate must have excellent client relationship building skills and be commercially astute.
