Construction Project Manager (3-Month Contract - Modular Build Residential Scheme)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a 3-month contract to oversee a modular build residential scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of the modular residential project.

* Ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.

* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.

* Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

* Manage risk, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to keep the project on track.

* Conduct regular progress meetings and reporting.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in construction project management, ideally in modular build projects.

* Strong understanding of residential construction and modular building processes.

* Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

* Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.

* CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification (preferred)
