We are looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to join our fashion company's merchandising team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing sales data, managing inventory, and supporting the development of merchandising strategies.

The role:

* Analyse sales and stock data to identify trends and opportunities

* Prepare and present weekly trading information within the department

* Support range planning using historical analysis

* Calculate colour/size ratio breakdowns considering MOQs and lead times

* Assist in preparing in-season review documents and range plans

* Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring availability and minimizing markdown risks

* Produce accurate weekly trade reports and highlight trading risks/opportunities

* Collaborate with buying teams and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

* Relevant degree in fashion or demonstrated skills through work experience

* Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel

* Experience in a merchandising role, ideally within multi-brand or luxury retail

* Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills

* Keen interest in fashion and customer-first approach

* Retail experience essential
