GSL Education London is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths and English Outreach Tutor for one of its client schools in Barking and Dagenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on students' academic progress and personal development.
Academic Requirements: - A degree in Maths, English, or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience in tutoring or teaching Maths and English at various levels.
Job Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Maths and English to small groups of students.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Develop tailored learning plans to meet individual student needs.
- Collaborate with school staff to identify students requiring additional support.
- Monitor and report on students' attendance, progress, and performance.
- Encourage and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
- Participate in training and professional development activities as required.

- Enhanced Child Barred List DBS Certificate: A valid enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service is required. Alternatively, candidates must be willing to process a new application through us.
