Design Manager

I am recruiting for a top tier one main contractor based near Southampton who are looking for a Design Manager to join their team.

They work on projects up to £50m and have a good reputation and pipeline of work, they generally work in the Hampshire and Dorset area.

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the Design Management of up to 3 projects

* Liaise with clients and sub-contractors whilst working alongside the construction teams

Role and requirements:

* You will work with a Contracts Manager on up to 3 projects depending on size

* Office based but working on site when required

* Experience in a Design role with a main contractor

* Engineering, degree or Project Management background

* Proficient in Microsoft

Salary and benefits:

* Salary up to £65,000 DOE
