As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your key responsibilities will include:

Managing the commercial aspects of residential development projects
Leading the commercial team and overseeing cost control measures
Procuring and managing subcontractor agreements
Conducting detailed cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
Monitoring project financial performance and reporting to senior management
Handling variations, change orders, and contractual matters effectively
Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and contractual obligations
The ideal candidate should possess:

Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the residential sector
Strong knowledge of residential development projects and construction processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Track record of successful cost control and project delivery
Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Proficiency in industry-standard surveying software and tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
