Facilities Maintenance Technician

Multi-site role - Liverpool/Wirral region only with company van for travel

£30,000 to £35,000

Days - Monday to Friday

Bonus + Healthcare + Pension +Training

My client, a market leader within their industry is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the business & ensure the building, utilities and services are maintained. Role Description

In collaboration with the Facilities manager, ensure all building fabrics, building services, facilities, general housekeeping and grounds are maintained
Complete repairs in various fields including carpentry, plumbing, interior & exterior lighting, decorating and fixing locks
Carry out testing or assist on fire alarms, intruder systems, emergency lights, water systems, portable appliance testing. Alternatively coordinate with subcontractors where necessary
Working on specific projects as required
Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues across the business
The opportunity to take on responsibility for new projects within the Department
Collaborate with other members of the business and positively challenge current working practicesSkills and Qualifications

Full UK License is essential
City & Guilds, BTEC or Apprentice trained
IPAF, PASMA, IOSH training is desiredCompany Information
