Location: Manchester, Liverpool, and Yorkshire

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager in Roofing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the flat roofing industry and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee the entire process of roofing projects, from the initial planning stages to the final execution and completion.

* Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

* Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standards.

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work well under pressure.

* Read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.

Requirements:

* At least 5 years of experience in the roofing industry.

* Excellent communication skills.

* Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.

* Good understanding of construction techniques.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
