TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Royston and surrounding areas (such as Stevenage and Epping). They are looking for experienced Kitchen & Bathroom fitters to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working on a social housing tenanted property contract.

As a self-employed Kitchen & Bathroom Fitter, you must have your own van along with a tool set, materials and consumables will be supplied. You will be required to complete a range of tasks including carpentry & minor plumbing, patch plastering, painting, vinyl flooring (not cap and cove), and tiling.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

Pay: £180 Per day. - Van required

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Joinery Skills (essential)

* Plumbing Kills (essential)

* 1st and 2nd fix joinery work.

* Kitchen installations

* Tiling preferred

* Repairing and maintaining doors, door frames, windows etc

* Positive attitude and an ability to attempt all works
