EHC Coordinator - Yorkshire

3 months initially - likely to be extended

Salary: £240 per day

Hybrid working - 1 day per week in the office

What we need from you:

• Lead the EHC assessment and planning process from initial request through to the development and delivery of the EHC Plan.
• Act as the main point of contact for families throughout the assessment and planning process, guiding them through each step and providing support
• Write and develop clear, accurate, and legally compliant EHC Plans that reflect the needs, aspirations, and outcomes for each child or young person.

Must Have:

• Local Authority experience is essential for this role.
• Previous experience within a similar SEND role is essential.
