Tenancy Sustainment Officer Vacancy waiting to be filled

Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association and would like to introduce the following positions available

Position:          Tenancy Sustainment Officer

Location:         Bury – BL9

Rate:               £15.00 p /hour (Umbrella rate)

Length:            2-3 months on going, possibility could lead to permanent contract

Hours:             37.5 hours p/week, occasional weekends

The role will predominantly involve:

• Provided housing management related support people with multiple and complex needs as part of a service for those who have lost their home or been rough sleeping
• You will be responsible for assessing people for the scheme against criteria
• Once moved in you will ensure the standard of their home by completing safety tasks and home inspections and assisting service users to develop the skills needed to manage a home via budgeting and financial inclusion work
