Our client are independent water safety consultants and providers of Legionella Risk Assessments, consultancy & training services for all aspects of water hygiene, currently looking for a Service Engineer to become part of their committed team.

In the role of Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the safety and compliance of water systems across multiple locations. The ideal candidate for this position will be experience in water hygiene possess a meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to providing exceptional service. Your primary work location will be in the Southern Region (M4 Corridor), with occasional travel required throughout the UK.

Service Engineer compensation package:

* £24,000 - £30,000 per annum

Key responsibilities of the Service Engineer will include:

* Performing routine water monitoring, which encompasses temperature assessments, sampling, and inspections of water systems.

* Executing disinfections and cleanings of water systems in accordance with industry regulations.

* Aiding in the preparation of reports and ensuring that all documentation remains accurate and current.

* Offering clients practical advice and recommendations based on prevailing regulations and guidelines.

* Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your expertise.

Requirements for the Service Engineer position:

* A full UK driving licence is required, along with a willingness to travel.

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable water hygiene role.

* Capability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* A plumbing qualification would be beneficial.
