Role: Mechanical Supervisor (Small Works)

Location: London Liverpool St

Salary: £55,000 + Package

My client is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor for small works mechanical upgrades for a major blue chip client. Projects will typically be ranging from £1,000 - £2m. The work is direct work for the end user. The role will entail some occasional out of hours work (1.3x basic salary) and the odd weekend work (1.5x salary).

Responsibilities:

* Management of sub-contractors and labour

* Client liaison and attend site meetings

* Progress Reporting

* Responsible for all health & safety at site level including the preparation and issuing of RAMS & and tool box talks where appropriate

* Weekly H&S Returns

* Project & programme implementation

* Understanding of design & drawings

* Continuous snagging to minimise defects & errors

* Work with the Project Manager to manage the commissioning process and handover of the project

The ideal candidate:

* Experience as a Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager withing the commercial sector

* Comfortable managing site in excess of £100,000
