The Role
We're seeking an experienced Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor to join our dynamic team. You'll handle diverse property matters including:

Residential and commercial conveyancing
Property sales and purchases
Remortgaging
Land, plot, and unit acquisition/disposalRequired Experience & Qualities

5+ years PQE (or equivalent qualification and experience)
Proven ability to manage independent caseload
Experience supervising paralegals/assistants
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with CQS, Lexcel, Lender Panels, and Land Registry proceduresThe Ideal Candidate
