We are searching for an Account Executive to join a Digital Agency based in the Reading area. The successful candidate will be working on a hybrid basis in a collaborative team environment assisting Account Managers, coordinating tasks and collaborating with internal teams to ensure workflows are running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Account Managers tasks and projects

• Helping coordinate budgets, timelines and scheduled

• Updating internal teams and liaising regularly with clients

• Conducting research on clients to support campaigns and strategies

• Preparing presentations and proposals for meetings

• Proactively documenting client requirements and meeting notes

Requirements

• Graduate with Marketing Degree (or similar subject)

• Some experience in a client facing or project coordination role

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and web development processes

• Strong written and verbal communication and excellent organisational skills

• Proactive attitude with an eagerness to learn

• Driver essential, living within 45 mins Reading area by car
