Area to be covered: Midlands

Remuneration: £40,000-£50,000 + 30% uncapped commission

Benefits: Hybrid Car or Car Allowance + full benefits package

The role of the Area Sales Manager Industrial Roller Shutter Doors will involve:

* Field sales position, selling a comprehensive range of industrial roller shutter door products (steel fire doors, high speed doors, sectional doors) and services including; repair and maintenance

* Focusing on end user projects within numerous markets including: Logistics Construction, Waste Management, Retail, Manufacturing, Food production, Pharmaceutical, IT and Quality Engineering

* Targeting middle management and health & safety offices predominantly

* Targeted to achieve £400,000-£500,000 of turnover in your 1st year

* Typically 3-4 customer visits per day, four days per week, one day working from home/ admin

* Following up on self generated leads through your own dedicated contacts within the industrial door market

* 75% new business role, pioneering for new projects by utilizing your existing client base, 25% account developing circa 30-40 customer accounts

* Dealing with project values ranging from £2k - £100k+

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Industrial Roller Shutter Doors with:

* Must have demonstrable field sales track record within the industrial industry, either industrial customers or associated industrial products such as; tools fixings, hygiene, doors, flooring, racking etc.

* Ability to hit the ground running, contacts within: Logistics Construction, Waste Management, Retail, Manufacturing, Food production, Pharmaceutical, IT and Quality Engineering advantagous

* New business hunter

* Incredibly pro-active, driven and motivated

* Commercial acumen, resilient

* Ideally some classical sales training
