We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team. This exciting role offers a 4-day on, 4-day off shift pattern (12-hour shifts), along with 24 days of annual leave and the opportunity to work 42 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate resources to ensure the smooth operation of building systems.

* Supervise subcontractors and manage shift patterns, reactive tasks, Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), and fault finding.

* Conduct risk assessments and foster strong relationships with both internal teams and subcontractors to ensure efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

* A technical background

* Completion of a mechanical apprenticeship.

* Previous hospital experience.

* Familiarity with CAFMS (Computer Aided Facility Management Systems).
