Tenancy Management OfficerLocation: Lancashire and FyldeSalary:19.00 per hourHours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pmType: Long-term agency workMileage: 45 pence per mileAbout the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Tenancy Management Officer to join our team, working with a large housing association covering the Lancashire and Fylde areas. This is a long-term agency role, offering stability and the opportunity to make a real difference in the community.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support tenants to ensure successful tenancies.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Handle tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Provide advice and support to tenants on housing-related matters.
• Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders to provide comprehensive support.
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in tenancy management or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed at 45 pence per mile).
