Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Project level Surveyors.

Our client, a specialist fit out contractor who employ over 100 staff across the UK and turnover circa £75m. They are renowned for very prestigious and high end fit out projects across some of London's most high profile schemes. They have been operating for many years and respect all full time and freelance staff who are engaged with them.

The scheme is a 15m super prime fit out scheme which involves a large new build hotel near Mayfair in Central London. They are responsible for the front of house section which will eventually be home to a 5 Star luxury space.

They are seeking an experienced Surveyor initially on a freelance basis which can be operated Outside IR35 for those with LTD Companies.

They will work alongside the Lead Surveyor on the scheme and help with subcontract management and remaining procurement on the project.
